Hi How Are You? So For The Past 3 Or

Hi how are you? So for the past 3 or 4 days I've been noticing this tight feeling under my chin, from the research I've done and from the location of the tightness it definitely sounds like the anterior digastric muscle in my left side. And from some of the research I've done it sounds like the digastric muscle plays a role in swallowing, which is why I assume theres a feeling of something being "stuck" in my throat on the left side. Nothing hurts what's so ever, it's just more of the digastric muscle feeling tight and having a little trouble swallowing. So my first question is if the feeling of having trouble swallowing is because of the tight digastric muscle? And my second question is if there is something I can do to relieve the tight digastric muscle?
