Hi , I Have Been Experiencing Knee Pain Then I

Hi ,
i have been experiencing knee pain then i was diagnosed with symptoms of chondromalasia pattela but the Dr said its simple i did my physiotherapy and got better but its took almost 2 months for the pain and swelling to subside ,i do have general fatigue as well , in the same period i found out that my vit D was 4ng/ml which is considered as sever deficiency , sometimes i experience very strong pain in all my joints , for now its been two days were my knee pain got worse for the first time since two months , in the same time i have less pain in my elbows .

my question is vit D deficiency affecting the healing of chonromalasia pattela ?! and is 50,000 i u of vit D supplement once a week is enough in my situation ?

my second question is regarding my WBC levels its around 2,5 , i have high lymphocytes count and low neutrophils count , i repeated the CBC and the results keep declaining , i cant understand why , ist related to vit D deficiency ? or it could be another reason , should i review hematologist ?

apologies for the long question ?
