Hi im tim vandevoorde and i had bad diarheea this morning i had laproscopic colectomy surgery on April 14th and since then I have had that problem i saw dr joseph last November and he said that overeating was the culprit and to eat smaller meals etc and that eating metamucil fiber bars which are doctor recccomended are a good source of fiber and to eat smaller meals i eat stuff like fried foods etc should I avoid that i also eat stuff like nuts and cookies etc and drink bottled water etc can you help me any advice will help do i hsve irritable bowel syndrome ?
