Hi, In My Fetal Anatomy Scan Done During 17 Weeks

Hi, in my fetal anatomy scan done during 17 weeks and 6 days, I was told I have posterior complete prévia. On subsequent consultation, my obgyn told me that placenta is fundal posterior reaching up to the cervix but does not traverse the cervix. It made me get confused all the more. Are there any chances of my previa resolving? I was advised pelvic rest, with a subsequent scan during 24 weeks. I don't have the scan reports with me
