Hi, my doctor advised me to take duphastone for 10 daily 2.and to take Clomid with 2 nd day of my periods to 6th day.I did my follicular study today 14 th day of cycle and the result is follicles 14.1 &12.9.it was 15.3 & 13.2 on 10 th day of cycle. Whether I can conceive without meds . & I have read do not take duphastone if there is family h/o breast cancer. My grand mother had breast cancer (mother's mom).so kindly give me an opinion.
