Hi, My Niece Is Having Hepatosplenomegaly Enomagaly, Bicytopenia And Blood

Hi, my niece is having hepatosplenomegaly enomagaly, bicytopenia and blood diarrhea since 4 months.. She is 8 month now, it started wen she was 4 month.. Bone marrow aspiration and hplc done and acute leukemia, thalessimia are excluded. Even gaucher and Niemann pick A and B are also excluded. Her ebv is negative, parvo virus is equivocal and cmv igg positive. Endoscopy was completely normal but colonoscopy show mild inflammation in colon. She is having low iron level but normal ferritin level. Still could not find the reason of hepatosplenomegaly and bicytopenia and blood diarrhea? Please tell me what can be the reason.. Plzzz
