Hi There, I Was Told By My Doctor After Being

Hi there, I was told by my doctor after being tested that I came up positive with chlamydia. The test was taken vaginally. I was prescribed to "Sandoz-Azithromycin/dihydrate" as well as "Auro Cerifixime" because according to the pharmasist, in Canada, when diagnosed with Chlamydia or Gonnorhea you get treated for both. Because my doctor said it was only chlamydia, I'm assuming she wouldn't not tell me I also have gonnohea. My boyfriend was given the same dose.
Anyways, the point of this question is, would I be clearing out all chlamidya in my body with the meds, or would I need to be treated with something else because Ive also had unprotected oral sex with my boyfriend who was infected& he's had unprotected, or given, unprotected oral sex to me as well. So will these meds take it all away or will we need other meds for clamydia in our mouths or my throat
