Hi,I had an episode today in work where I had extreme dizziness. Started with my eye feeling as though it was crossed and unable to straighten, then came extreme dizziness until I had to sit and wait for several seconds until my vision became clear. Also had symptoms of involuntary facial twitching(non visable) before episode of dizziness
