Hi..I was told by my ent that I have a mass on the nasopharynex with abnormal cells..also that it is mucus covered..all turbinates (sp) were swollen as are the lingual tonsils. I have barretts esophagus and have had for 4 yrs. The ent said I also have sev LPR..he has decided he needs to do a biopsy. Is this a situation that could be cancerous? Do I need to be concerned? Thank you very much
