Hie I Am Feeling So Weird To Ask My Issue,

I am feeling so weird to ask my issue, cz never I have shared such thing with anyone before..
I have never done masturbution in my life before last year..but I am doing sex from last 5 years every month with my girlfriend and I have noticed that before last year while sex my sperm quantity was actually good...but after doing daily masturbution from last year my sperm quantity while sex has decreased to almost 15-25% now...I am worried and want to ask that will this quantity enough while planning a baby for us..if no then will this quantity will make us wait a long time to make my wife pregnant....??

I ll be frank that we have abort once before and this issue is making me worried because previous time it just happened without any effort...but because of quantity issue will make me wait a long time to wait or it will just happen as before..??

See if u have not understood what I am trying to tell plz ask me again but answer me correctly. I am actually worried..
