High Ck Level. How To Reduce This? Other Possible Illness Caused By High Ck Level?

Just want to ask help about my bf's condition. His doctor said he has high ck level - 262 but didnt explain well what it means. Also, how can this be lowered and of he has 262 ck level, do we have to worry much about this? What are the possible ilnesses if you have this high ck level. Just concerned about him now as he cannot concentrate in his work and studies worrying about his health.
