Hi My son is 21 months old, weight 9.5 Kgs. He is running with high fever , cold and running nose from yesterday. We are giving him below medicines 1. Meftal-P (2.5 ml) when fever above 101.5 , else crocin 1 ml with a gap of 5 hours between any two doses. 2. T-minic (1 ml) every eight hours. 3. Tuspel (2 ml) every eight hours. Is it the right dose? My specific query is that a doctor suggests that with Meftal we should give him Dolo (4 ml) not crocin. Regards, Abhishek
