High Pulse Rate, Anxiety, Feeling Of Breathlessness, Tiredness, Weakness. Causes?

My heart goes crazy every morning about 1 hour after I get up. My pulse is between 108 and 123 for a few hours. It s getting very annoying. I have anxiety problems but I have nothing stressing me out these days.. I feel out of breath after doing the smallest things around the house and I m really tired and weak. What s wrong with me?

This can be due to anxiety and stress. However I recommend you do an ECG to exclude any heart problems.
