Hi.my Husband Died June Of Last Year.he Had Open Heart

Hi.my husband died June of last year.he had open heart surgery.he stayed in the hospital for six days.then came home three days later I had to rush him back to the hospital.he got fluid in the left lung.so that's what the hospital said he was diagnosis with.pneumonia.and his oxygen level was low.he was put on a ventilator.I never saw my husband eyes open again.he was in the hospital for five to six days.so they told me that they didn't have the proper equipment to take care of him.my husband had good health insur.with that led me to believe, they knew from the being they didn't have what they needed to take care of my husband so the hospital wanted my permission to take him to another hospital.so he was air lifted to another hospital.they was equity with everything.why didn't tell me at the beginning.maybe he would have lived.they just didn't care enough.they wanted my husband to remain there in their hospital so his insur.would have to pay a hug bill.I feel that they was wrong.why did they do this to me.I need answers.please explain.I want to understand.why.
