History Of AVM In Spine. Have Callus On Tailbone, Painful, Hard. Help

Hello,
When I was a child I remember having to sit on a donut shaped pillow due to a problem on my tailbone. As a young adult, during labor, an undiagnosed AVM in my lower spine bled out causing massive spinal cord damage and wheelchair dependent for 40 years now. For years I have had a callus' form on my tailbone. It gets hard and cracks and painful to sit on. I remove the callus to lessen the pain and doing so often causes bleeding. Due to sitting, it is very slow to heal especially in the last year. It is not a decubitus.
Please advise.

Hi
You have chronic condition, such type of medical history is suggestive of having hypoproteinemia, take good nursing care of wound, it is non healing ulcer, simple sterile dressing gauze piece would heal it, take some high protein diet, along with Vitamin C 500 mg thrice a day. good day
