History Of PCOS, Cyst In Ovary, Removed. Pain On Right Side, Clear And Stretchy Discharge. Cyst Or Ovulating?

Hi my name us Cynthia. I'm 28 yrs old and I've been married for two years. I have a history of PCOS and I just learned I have two cyst on my right ovary. I've had 3 surgeries already removing dermoid cyst from my ovary. My last menstrual cycle was April 7th. Today I am having pain on my right side and I have clear, very stretchy discharge. Could I be ovulating? Or could it be my cyst?

Hi Cynthia,
Thank you for writing.

As you have written, a surgery for ovariuan dermoid has already been done and you also have a history of PCOS.
It would have been best if you had shared your most recent ultrasound report with us.

If more than 3 months have passed since your last ultrasound scan of pelvis and the pain is present, please get a repeat ultrasound scan done.

Hope this helps.
