History Of Chronic Pain. Pain In Lower Back, Hips, Neck, Elbow. High ESR. Pain Relief?

I am 49 with history of chronic pain for a number of years. A doc told me it was arthritis but another doc discounted this. The pain is mainly in lower back and hips, is worse when lying down. Pain can be anywhere at any time. Lately a very painful neck and elbows. I have a high ESR . I went to a consultant who practically dismissed me.

Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

With high ESR this can be a fibromyositis .you should consult to a rheumatologist for this. Multimodality therapy including anti depressant ,anti inflammatory analgesic ,yoga, meditation & good physiotherapy can be helpful for you.

Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.
