I was diagnosed with diverticulitis through a conoscopy 2 years ago also ibs Tuesday night had extreme bout with ibs the pain was miserable once my bowels started moving the cramping was the worst ever then I started passing blood. I saw doctor today cipro flaxen and Bentel he started. Now I have a sticken headache I am age 62 these are strong antibiotic what can I do to replace good bacteria. Can I eat yogurt
