History Of Miscarriage. Frequent Bleeding With Clots. What Is Going On?

I have had a few miscarriages.. And I think I had one. I got what I thought was my period like 3 days before memorial day. it just stopped like 4 or 5 days ago and now im bleeding again.. It is a lot of blood and real clotty.. I am almost done with my 3rd box of tampons.. what is going on? And should I go get a Rhogam shot in order to have another baby?
