History Of Miscarriage Due To Blighted Ovum. Taking HCG 5000, Duphaston. Rubella High. Suggestions?

Dear Madam,

I have BOH profile. 5years after married this april 2013. 5 times miscarriage. 3 times it was detected heart beats but within first trimester it was no growth or heart beats afterwards. 2 times it was blighted ovum.

Now I am 6weeks 3days pregnant last LMP was on 29th april 2013. UCG detected CRL 6.3mm with heart beats.
Doctor suggested HCG 5000 twice a week. Ecosprin 75 mg once in day. Duphaston 10mg- twice a day, Folinine-D once in day.

Asked to do BOH profile test. Result for Rubella IgG=98.2 which is high, others are negative. So She suggested to take TORCHNILL -twice a day. Other results are yet to come.

Please comment on Rubella IgG values and also overall treatment going on.

Your suggestion are appreciated.

With regards,

Hello Nuta
Thanks for your query.
Please IGNORE the Rubella Ig G values , as they indicate past infection / immunity to Rubella.
NO TREATMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SAME.
Investigations which should have been done prior to this pregnancy -
Chromosomal evaluation of products of conception each time and couple karyotype
Testing for antiphospholipid antibodies. SLE etc
Testing for hormonal imbalance
Testing for abnormalities in size and shape of uterus.
Right now, please take the medications as prescribed.
Take care.
