History Of Recovering From Uterus Prolapse And Damaged Ovary. Any Problem With Being Sexually Active Followed With Intake Of Contraceptive Pills?

i need some query related to gynecology
my GF had a uterus prolapse 1 months ago and her ovary was damaged badly..........last 1 month she is under doctors care...................and she is getting well........and we did not have sex during these time...........now my Question is if we want to hav sex and then she takes emergency contraceptive pill will it be harmful for her health ??

Hi,
Better to avoid intercourse at least for two months.
By that time tissue can heal properly.
And also she can get regular periods by that time.
After that you can choose some regular contraceptive measure.
Repeated use of emergency pill is not recommended usually.
That too as she had ovarian damage better to be careful to avoid future fertility issues.
