History Of Using Coumadin. Planning To Start Lovenox To Conceive. Chance Of Harm To The Baby In Case Of Possible Pregnancy Between This Time?
I stopped Coumadin for the last week and a half or so. There's a chance I may have gotten pregnant during that time. I am starting Lovenox soon, because we want to conceive. I am worried that the Coumadin may not have been out of my system yet when I possibly became pregnant. Is there a chance that the (possible) baby could have been harmed at this very early stage?
Hello thanks for your query. Warfarin or Coumadin is absolutely contraindicated in pregnancy. Yes,it may harm the fetus at a very early stage also.
