Holes In Penis, One On Head, Two On Sides, Yellow Discharge, White Now, Another Opening Formed. Treatment?

i have 3 wholes on my penis .One out of head and 2 parallel to each other on the sides. When I was about 10 yrs old I use to squeeze it and yellow stuff comes out just like toothpaste for about 10 seconds.Now its white and another opening had formed. I can stick a tooth pick through on side and it will come out on the other. The part where the wholes are parallel its link a blank space..What should I do?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple sebaceous cysts over shaft of the penis.

The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac)

Observe proper personal hygiene by washing your genitals with warm water twice daily.
