Home Pregnancy Test Is Negative But Been Tired With Heartburn, Headaches And Swollen Stomach. Had Tubal Ligation. Suggest

I'm 41 yrs old and had a tubal ligation done 10 yrs ago. My lmp was Sept 5 but I spotted a dime sized or smaller amt on Oct 22. My abdomen is swollen and tight. I'm moody, gassy, extremely tired, have heartburn and headaches. I haven't noticed a change in my breasts but I have had an augmentation done. I have gained weight which is hard for me to do. I took 2 home pregnancy tests around the first of Nov but they were negative. My boyfriend said that he thought he saw a faint line on them but I didn't. Not hard to believe because I wear glasses. Oh, I also get dizzy spells and lose track of what I'm doing at times. Could I be pregnant?

First you have already gone through the tube ligation second you are 41 years old so the chances of pregnancy is almost nil, what ever the symptoms you are experiencing is a pseudo impression of pregnancy, have great day.
