Horrible Joint Pain With Heat There, Brown Rash On Face, Bloated Abdomen. Should I Be Concerned?
I feel like I'm getting sicker by the day. It started with horrible joint pain, followed by extreme heat in the joints. I have a brown rash on my face for the last 2 months. My abdomen is super puffy with occasional loose stool. Recently I had a bad flu. The hallucinations from the fever were terrifying! I've never experienced anything like this. I'm an overweight mother of 3 who are 5 and under. I don't have insurance or the availability to get the run around from physicians. Should I get medical attention or is this all typical of being 28?
Hi, your problem needs a bit of more elaboration. If you are a female then chances of you having Systemic Lupus Erythematosis (SLE), a connective tissue disorder characterized by multisystem involvement, would be top on the list given your facial rash, joint pains and puffy abdomen which could be due to kidney involvement. Second possibility is Reactive Arthritis secondary to upper respiratory tract infection. Thirdly it could be Gonnococal Arthritis if you are sexuallu active. All these conditions require prompt medical concern. Regards
