Hi, in vertibral fracture and dislocation, an absolute bed rest for 8 weeks, on a hard bed is strictly recommended, whether it is followed.
Any how it is already 5 months passed, i to my patients with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and to be followed by one injection every week. along with other pain medication.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you are comfertable. Thank you.
