Horrible Periods And Cramps, Burning Stabbing And Bowel Pain, Vomiting, Fever, Symptoms Of Endometriosis. Treatment?
I am a 22 year old woman who welght is 150 pounds. I have a question. I am almost 100% sure that I have endometriosis. I have all the symptoms: horrible periods horrible cramps like burning stabbing pain, painful bowel movements vomiting. Consent pain that comes and goes through out the year that I can have a Job because during those times I can not walk and need people to take care of me. I keep having cyst that rupture almost every month. Back pains fevers u name it. But no one will look at me to diagnose me in the towns around me and I have no more insurance what should I do?
Unfortunately endometriosis is not a condition to ignore, and I am sorry to say but you will have to seek medical help. I am sure your country has free clinics or free medical camps, try to get to one for a diagnosis and immediate management.
Endometriosis or adenomyosis are similar conditions and can lead to a number of complications, treatment options include: pain management medication, hormone therapy and surgery as a last resort. A few lifestyle modicfications can help reduce symptoms like warm baths, hot compresses to the lower abdominal region, over the counter pain management medication, and regular exercise.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
