Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have cold and fever, it means that you might be having the viral fever.
The urinary tract infection may be secondary to the viral fever, and it is slight. Any how the treatment of the urinary tract infection will be sufficient for both infections.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, paracetamol, phenylefrine , and citrizine.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
