How Are Forehead Scars Lightened And Removed ?

i have a cut mark on my forehead on right side since childhood after i got hit my head on a cemented floor.. so how should i do to remove it completely ?

Consult plastic surgeon for small plastic surgery procedure like cutting the mark and will take sub cutaneous stitches and you will be alright.
