How Can nausea,diarrhea And Pain Below The Rib Cage Be Treated?

I have been having sharp severe pain in my left side about an inch below my rib cage. Other symptoms include nausea, diarrhea,mild fever, exhaustion and nd have gotten progressively worse thru the day. Although I wasn t hurting severely constantly I still had pain. I

Hi,I have gone through your query.You have an Infection.I would suggest: 1-An antispasmodic Drotaverine 80 mg 3 times a day.2-Tab Ofloxacin-Ornidazole 200mg-500mg 2 times a day.3-A PrePro biotic once a day.Drink lots of ORS.If diarrhoea is severe you can take Cap Imodium along with the other medicines.
