How Can nosebleeds And Cough Along With Wheezing Be Treated?
I have been waking up with nose bleeds lately, this morning I'm gaging up the blood that is draining down my throat. The nose bleeds always occur on one side only. I have been experiencing a lot of what I thought was mucous drainage with a wheezing and a cough. Also about an hour after I eat anything I get the cough, and it feels like something is in the back of my throat. The only thing that stops the coughing fit is to drink about a half of a glass of water. Now I'm wondering if these things could be related?
I think an XRay of head neck can show if all anything worrisome is there. You didn't specify your age, Smoker/Non smoker status and whether this happens in these days only that is the spring. If it is only a few days long history it could be simply an allergy to the pollen that are prevalent in atmosphere these days. Cough relieved by drinking water means that you have significant post nasal drip-when mucous -sometimes mixed with blood falls on the posterior or back side of throat while sleeping. It may be associated with snoring and Obstruction of airway while snoring too. If the problem persists you can refer to any good ENT surgeon with the X Ray film. Godspeed!
