How Can numbness In The Face Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

I went to the emergency room because my doctor was thinking that I was having a stroke they did CT scan my head ekg,blood work and so on what they said was I had vertigo I was dizzy and I felt I was ready vomit and numbness from my side of face right arm and leg and foot said I need to see a neurologist .I ve been like this for 6 days already,but I had a pinched nerve on my right thigh numbness and sharp pain electric shock for about since December, Went to therapy didn t help,had tens machine didn t help and until now I still have it
