How Can rapid Heart Rate Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?
I have been having intermittent episodes of a racing heartbeat, and shortness of breath. Seems the heart races first then the shortness of breath. I have had it happen with strenuous activity, and just sitting. No chest pain. Once it passes I m fine. Just scares the heck out of me. Never had anxiety attacks, or panic attacks.

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. You have to get a serial ECG monitoring to rule out possibilities like cardiac arrhythmia.
