General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dry cough is a known side effect of all the ACE inhibitor category of drugs, which includes Perindopril. The dizziness and sweating may be caused by low blood pressure that may occur due to blood pressure lowering drugs especially for the first few days
I recommend going to your doctor and consult him about changing the drug or the dosage.
Hope you feel better soon, thank you.
