How Can severe Inner Ear Infection Be Treated?

I have had multiple tubes in my ears to keep my eardrum s from rupturing. I have a bad inner ear infection right now. I can t get to the doctor and I can t put anything in my ear. I also have bronchitis and a sinus inflection. I am 65 years old.what can I do until Monday?
