How Can severe Lower Leg Hematoma be Treated?

Large I have a large hematoma in my left lower leg and I hurt my ankle real badly and I ve been to the hospital and to the doctor and it s getting worse and worse and it s so it s so large now I might leg is swollen and hurts so badly and I don t know what to do I don t know if it needs to be drained or if it will help to wrap it or what it seems the only thing that helps is to put it up higher than my head but that hasn t helped much and I ve been busy doing other things besides and I just can t keep up it s so painful I guess that s about it thank you
