How Can severe Tiredness Along With Nausea Be Treated?

I have been recently experiencing these symptoms. Sudden onset Nausea when I feel hungry or have empty stomach. Get extremely week and start trembling. Seems as though my legs will not hold me up. I will eat something and will have to immediately lay down due to extreme weakness and tiredness. Will take awhile to feel better. I will also be sweating and or chills at the same time. Seems as though i recover after awhile. Please helpme figure this out?

Diabetes for example is a condition that may cause symptoms like yours.Anemia also may be another possibility.In my opinion, getting evaluated by your Doctor and by blood tests for these conditions is necessary.
