How Can Barrett S Esophagus Be Treated?

Had a endoscopic exam for Barrett s esophagus today. Some biopsies taken. Vague discomfort in abdominal region this afternoon, progressing to strong pain circling mid-body region after several hours. Could something have happened during the procedure earlier today that might have set this up? Could the anesthesia have anything to do with it?

endoscopy can be done . consult gastroenterology. take bland dieatand antacid like omiprazol to avoid oesopgagialreflux. surgery is only option for treatment.
