How Can C4/5 Left Sided Paracentral Disc Prolapse Causing Minor Anterior Indetation Of The Thecal Sac Be Treated?
c4/5 left sided paracentral disc prolapse....this is causing minor anterior indetation of the thecal sac. c6/7 posterior osteophyte bars causing narrowing of the left sided exit formania. it is highly likely this is causing root irritation at this level
The MRI of the neck showed that you have a left sided slipped disc in the middle of the neck (c4/c5) but is not causing any harm. You also have osteoarthritis in the lower part of the neck (c6/7) which is narrowing the area where the nerve comes out from the neck causing symptoms like pain and/or muscle weakness in your left arm.
Kind regards
