How Can COPD Along With Influenza Be Treated?
my mom is 78 years old she got the flu she payed in for4days on the 5th day she got up to make a cup of coffee and noticed her heart beat was beating funny then she fell and broke her hip she that was on a Wednesday on found her laying on her kitchen floor on Friday taken to the hospital by ambulance she had a broken hip pneumonia and influenza she s doing better she also has copd how can I help her?

Hi,
Currently, she has flu which is self-limiting condition and it doesn't need to be treated but regarding her hip fracture, it's due to using of steroids for her chronic condition, COPD.
Kindly give her bisphosphonates along with vitamin D and calcium to prevent further fractures.
