My wife suffers from E.coli infection from long time.on medication reduces and again reappers.Age 67yrs.She is having sugar also though under control with medication.She had rbc in urine @10-12 /hpf withy pus cell@0-2/hpf.Today it is rbc@2-3/hpf and pus cell@1-2/hpf.urea and creatinine @24mg/100ml and0.7mg/100ml respectively.no malignent cell in urine exam.Doctor asked her for uro ct gram. Is it necessary.should she take medicine for E.coli which is YYYY@YYYY it very common for women and if so what is the range.
