How Can I Being Bleeding When I Have Had A Total Hysterectomy ?
How can I being bleeding when I have had a total hystorectomy in July? It is very intermitent and a spot at best noticeable following emptying of my bladder I had stage 1a Uterince cancer. I am wondering if it could be a kidney stone as I have had them in the past I have a doctors appt. on Jan 6 th do you have any idea what maybe causing this?
I have read your query thoroughly. I my opinion this bleeding can be due to the following causes 1. Ureteric stone but pain should be accompanied by it 2. Metastatic cancer to your bladder which has started bleeding 3. Metastasis of the cancer to the ureter. 4. Metastasis of the cancer to the vagina 5. Any bleeding due to blood thinners or bleeding coagulopathy.
This is the differential on my list. You should get the following test done when you visit your doctor. 1. Urine routine examination to confirm blood in urine. 2.CT abdomen and pelvis with contrast to rule out any metastatic lesion. 3.Bleeding profile. 4.Cystoscopy. This will lead to the cause of the bleeding. I hope you get well soon
