How Can I Cure Salmonella Typhi And How Long Will It Take To Get Cured ?

hi my brother has Salmonella typhi O & H is postive 1:80, Salmonella paratyphi AH & BH is negative, Antisalmonella antibody 1gm is postive, Antisalmonella antibody 1gG is negative. pls suggest me what can be done & hw long it will take to get cured
