How Can I Get Relief From The Tingling And Pinched Nerve Feeling Around My Ankle ?
I have noticed on my right side of my leg I have a tingling feeling around my ankle. This feeling moves around from the back of my leg to the front and then up the thigh. I also get a dull pinched nerve feeling in the same areas. One minute it can be a tingling feeling and the next minute it could be a dull pinched nerve feeling. Thank you for your help.

You have not your age,
If you are elderly,there may be spondilitis in your lumbo sacral spine causing irritation to the nerves coming out.
in diabetes also this type of complain is common.
Go for X ray lumbo sacral region,
Go for blood sugar fasting and post lunch.
Take B1,B6,B12 injection or capsules.
