How Can I Lose Weight Which I Have Gained Post Pregnancy ?

Hi, am a mother of 13 months baby. Now am 25 years old , during my pregnancy i gained almost 18-20 kgs and now am 76+kgs and height is 5 2 and would like to reduce my weight as soon as possible. Am still breast feeding her, so please tell me some suggestions so that i can get rid of this excess fat. Thank u

DO REGULAR EXERCISE
WT LOSS POST PREGNANCY TAKES LOT OF PATIENCE AND DEDICATION
AVOID OILY /FRIED /BAKERY /FAST /CHINESE FOODS
HAVE 2 HRLY MEALS
INCLUDE RAW VEG IN DIET
AVOID NONVEG FRIED FOODS .

Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
Exercise regularly including cardio and Abdominal crunches. Avoid high calorie foods and go for brisk walking for 30 to 40 minutes daily. You can do yoga and meditation and do not stop breast feeding. Eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. if you follow this routine religiously, you will see better results in a month.
