Hi. I am a 45 year old female. I am 5'5" weighing about 188 lbs. I have hypothyrodism my Thyroxine is currently a .8 and my TSH is a 9.8 I have remained a costant weight but cannot lose weight no matter what I do. I watch what I eat and walk daily. I also have a low vitamin D level (14). Doctor prescribing .25 of Levoxyl and 50,000 units of Vitadmin D for the next 8 days. What can I do to lose weight and help with fatigue & moodiness?
