How Can I Relax My Stressed Mind ?

Male 18, Hello Doctor i sooo worried about any thing that why this thing happened Doctor sometime i think i will mad like other , i will unsuccessful like other and Doctor i m suffer DNS, Allergy chronic and i lose my self esteem when anyone die i thinks that i will die anxiety Doctor my age only 18 and this problems is soo Worried, sometimes i think that my heart will stop and then i feel my heart beat run very fast Doctor before i m very good boy ad dont thinking this types of anxiety plz doctor help me, my Activities is i dont take part in any Sports, my weight is 67,or 68 , i like to eat too much spicy things and i like to eat salty things,i m doing Masturbation after 3 or 4 days,i m also going for checking Bp my Bp is 147, when i take lunch then i m no walking, Doctor whats problem with me Help me plzzz cuz i m sooo worried, what should i do to become relax or give me some tips to control this thinking. plzzz Doctor Help me Thnx in advance

Hello.Welcome.there are certain issues with you but still you are unnecessarily worried about unknown things.You have High BP and are overweight.You also have bad dietary habits.Start doing regular exercises and cut down salty and spicy foods,cut all junk foods and colas.Brisk walk in early morning will do wonders to you.Do some meditation and yoga.Read about POSITIVE THINKING.You should have guts to change your lifestyle and once you do it,you shall see the drastic and positive change in you.Good luck.
