How Can I Treat Lichenification?

How can I treat lichenification? Due to my eczema, I have developed lichenification around my mouth which is very frustrating. The skin is dark, and unsightly. I have not scratched it at all now, and left it alone. How long will it clear up? Is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process?

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..prevention is better,, so avoid soaps and cosmetics if ur using them,, u could take antihistaminics topical ointments an steroid topicl, either ways plz consult ur dermatalogist..hope it helps,tac
