How Can I Treat My Neck Pain Which Travels To Shoulder Specially While Exposed To Cold Climate ?
I have neck pain from 5 years ago, which travels to my shoulder pain on right hand side. i consulted with many ENT specialist they said your neck is ok nothing found anything at my reports but pain still there specially i feel at night when I use to sit infront of AC or cold weather..Also I do smoking

Hello. Welcome to HCM.
Your cervical pain is radiating to shoulder and arm, which indicates that it can be radicular pain. First you need to rule out cervical spondylosis which is a common cause. You can get an MRI done for this. Uncommonly, there can be a disc prolapse which will have sudden onset of pain. It will also be shown by MRI. Next, you must go in for regular exercise and physiotherapy. Also, application of muscle relaxants would be beneficial.
