Hello,

Hydration, rests in a dark room, sleeping it off are helpful. The drug can stay in the system for a variable length of time but symptoms past 24 hours are not due to the drug.

It is pretty common to have a temporary anxiety issue from marijuana (about 1 in six people have this).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Matt Wachsman
